    Processing vs. delivery: Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it leaves our warehouse. Delivery time begins once the carrier scans your parcel.

    We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and an estimated delivery window.

    Tracking Your Order

    Once marked delivered, check your mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, household members, and safe places around your address.

    Customs, Duties & Taxes

    For international orders, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local delivery surcharges may be charged by your destination country. These fees are not controlled by us and are usually collected by the carrier or local customs office.

    Unless clearly stated at checkout, customers are responsible for applicable customs fees or import taxes. Refusing a shipment because of customs charges may result in return shipping fees, carrier handling fees, or non-refundable duties being deducted from any eligible refund.

    Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

    We will help investigate. If your parcel is unusually delayed, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but not received, contact us as soon as possible so we can open a carrier case.

    Delayed Shipments

    Please allow the full estimated delivery window plus 3 business days before reporting a parcel as delayed.

    Marked Delivered But Missing

    Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can review and help with a carrier claim.

    Damaged in Transit

    Keep the packaging and send photos of the parcel, shipping label, and damaged item within 48 hours.

    Address Changes & Delivery Restrictions

    Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We can only make address changes before the order has been packed or handed to the carrier.

    Once an order ships, we cannot guarantee rerouting, delivery holds, or address corrections. If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

    Some carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, hotels, military addresses, or freight forwarding services. If your selected shipping method is unavailable, we may contact you for an alternative delivery address.

    Most in-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
    Why is my tracking number not updating?
    Tracking can take 24-48 hours to activate after the label is created. International parcels may also have fewer scans while moving between carrier partners.
    Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
    Contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
    Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship to many international destinations. Available methods, delivery estimates, and rates are shown at checkout.
    Will my package show the product name?
    No. Orders are shipped in discreet packaging without visible product names. International customs forms may require a general product category.
    What happens if my parcel is returned to sender?
    If your parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or unpaid duties, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
